If you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue a purchase price refund or exhange within 10 days of receiving item. After this period all sales are final. We will not refund shipping charges. Wholesale orders are NOT returnable.Any merchandise that arrives defective or was shipped in error may be returned. Please contact us by email prior to returning merchandise for handling instructions.
All returned items must be in new condition. We will not accept worn bows or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process. The determination of damage or wear is made at the discretion of All-About-Bows.com. Bows must be packaged in the original box for us to accept and process the return.
